Personalised A3 support staff posters

The TDA is offering local authorities (LAs) a new service to help them personalise support staff posters.

The new support staff posters promote the value and impact of support staff and highlight how developing support staff skills can help schools raise standards. The TDA is able to modify and localise the design for LAs according to their needs and target audience.

LAs can now elect to insert an image of a support staff member from their region, and/or a quote from their or school leader, logo and contact details of their local authority. Our agency will prepare the artwork and provide an electronic version of the poster, sent as a high resolution PDF format file. You will need to organise your own printing and distribution for these modified designs.

This service is now available and free for one personalised poster person per local authority. If there is a business need for modifying more than one support staff role within the LA, we will attempt to meet the demand where possible.
